Partner with business and technology leaders, guide administrators and developers, document architecture decisions, support vendor relationships, and drive platform improvements across professional services, finance, billing, revenue, and resource-management processes.

Supports Client Directors by managing customer transactions from quote to cash, maintaining sales pipelines and forecasts, preparing pricing and proposals, coordinating orders and internal resources, resolving client issues, managing vendor relationships, and reviewing invoices. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, account support, margin management, accurate documentation, and building productive long-term client relationships in a high-volume technology sales environment.

Leads Managed Services commercial operations by coordinating SOWs, PCRs, amendments, renewals, and related documentation. Ensures commercial materials are complete, consistent, version-controlled, and ready for review or downstream processing. Tracks intake, ownership, dependencies, aging, corrections, and approvals across Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Delivery. Develops templates, checklists, workflows, reporting, and automation opportunities to improve quality, cycle time, handoffs, and operational visibility.

Manages complex observability implementation projects from initiation through closure. Responsibilities include Agile/Scrum coaching, project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk and issue management, client communication, vendor coordination, service delivery, and project documentation. Defines and designs customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Gathers requirements, translates them into technical specifications, supports client workshops and demos, maintains documentation, coordinates sprint work, mentors junior team members, and assists with SDLC ceremonies. The role requires broad ServiceNow process expertise, integration knowledge, strong communication and presentation skills, and travel of at least 25%.

Supports AHEAD’s strategic enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, executive reporting, dashboards, change management, and post-acquisition integration activities. The role partners with Transformation Leads across multiple Big Bets, helps resolve barriers, maintains alignment, and promotes consistent transformation practices. It requires strong program management, analytical, communication, and change management capabilities in a complex, ambiguous environment.
