Lead and coordinate an office services team to intake, prioritize, delegate, and execute client requests; manage time and absence tracking, quality assurance, reporting, training, equipment and supplies, and escalate operational issues. Provide client-facing problem resolution, support complex/high-volume jobs, maintain logs, and perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs). Ensure adherence to policies and maintain professional communication.
