Own day-to-day product delivery for Techstars’ internal platform transformation, translating ambiguous stakeholder needs into engineering-ready plans. Manage the backlog, requirements, sprint planning, releases, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and change management across internal systems, data tools, founder products, and integrations. Track feature adoption and outcomes, coordinate with engineering and operations teams, and guide migration away from legacy systems while maintaining clear communication and institutional knowledge.

Own full-stack features for Techstars OS from data ingestion and APIs through React interfaces and production delivery. Build AI-native search, retrieval, and assistive workflows using founder and portfolio data. Lead migration and retirement of legacy tools, develop data pipelines, improve testing and CI/CD, and provide architectural guidance. The role requires strong autonomy, written communication, and end-to-end ownership across cloud infrastructure and product development.
