The Sr Software Engineer will design, code, test, and document software solutions, lead technical aspects, and support integrations with various IT teams.

Process and reconcile commissions for distribution partners; review reports, research and resolve discrepancies using accounting principles; interact with internal/external customers; support projects, cross-train, and maintain quality and productivity standards.

The representative handles high volumes of inbound calls, resolves inquiries regarding Life and Annuity business, and ensures quality support for customers.

Lead development and execution of hedging strategies and derivatives trading across interest rate, FX, and credit instruments. Maintain valuation models and decision-support tools, collaborate with quant, IT, actuarial, and risk teams, propose macro trades, support ALM and regulatory requirements, and drive automation and model validation to enhance trading and risk analytics.

Lead preparation of statutory and GAAP quarterly and annual financial statements, footnotes, journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses. Support internal/external audits, maintain internal controls documentation, leverage Oracle and reporting tools, and drive process improvement and automation.
