Lead the global renewals organization and own retention strategy, renewal operations, forecasting, churn reduction, and commercial performance. Translate customer and market signals into product requirements, prioritize Agile development, support retention and renewals, conduct competitive research, and coordinate positioning, launches, analyst engagement, and enablement across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Renewals, and Customer Success.
