Own Edmentum’s national and regional event strategy, flagship conferences, regional activation playbooks, event budgets, vendor and agency relationships, and ROI reporting. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Operations to deliver events, improve lead handoff, expand partnerships, and inform future investment. Travel domestically to 10–12 events annually.

Administer AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure, identity and directory services, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, endpoint management, and security platforms. Handle escalated incidents, participate in on-call rotation, support SOC 2 compliance and vulnerability remediation, and automate operational processes. Manage an SMB territory serving K-12 clients by cultivating customer relationships, expanding existing programs, cross-selling solutions, navigating complex sales cycles, presenting tailored proposals, and closing deals. Develop territory plans, monitor education funding and market trends, maintain CRM activity and forecasts, ensure policy compliance, and travel within the assigned territory.

Own product go-to-market performance analytics across pipeline, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build portfolio scorecards and executive reporting, analyze cross-sell opportunities, win/loss trends, competition, pricing, discounting, and packaging, and translate complex data into recommendations. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to guide investment, roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.

Build and maintain CS reporting, dashboards, and health score models to identify renewal risk and inform strategy. Deliver executive reporting, collaborate cross-functionally to improve data quality, and develop predictive analytics and longitudinal tracking to reduce churn.

Lead technical product work within a defined product area: translate strategy into technical plans, run discovery (MVPs, spikes, prototypes), manage roadmap and backlog, partner with engineering and design, define success metrics, surface risks and trade-offs, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable SaaS education solutions.

Supports field sales teams and client implementations across assigned territories.
