Drive specification and adoption of Honeywell building automation solutions within the education vertical. Hunt for new opportunities, build relationships with A&E, EPCs and end-user executives, generate leads and pipeline, use CRM/marketing automation to track performance, present as SME at events, and partner across Honeywell businesses to win projects. Territory covers several Northeast states with heavy travel.
