The Senior Community Manager will lead community operations, manage channels, foster engagement, and develop processes for member experience at Duolingo.

Lead a cross-organizational initiative to double developer productivity by defining roadmap, driving execution, enabling organizational change, partnering with engineering/product/data, leveraging AI tooling, removing blockers, measuring outcomes, and coaching TPMs and engineering leads to scale best practices.
