Supports EQT’s natural gas marketing and commercial operations by drafting and negotiating supply, transportation, gathering, processing, storage, and asset management agreements. Advises on FERC matters, LNG, power generation, and data center supply arrangements, and provides legal support for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures. Delivers practical legal guidance to commercial teams while managing risk and aligning legal strategies with business objectives.

Partners with accounting, vendors, and water operations staff to improve processes and technology. The role requires strong organization, communication, data analysis, and time-management skills.
