The Director of Engineering will lead the development of a new billing platform by setting vision, building a team, and driving execution while enhancing AI-first operational practices.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and build fullstack features using Go, React, and Ember, ensuring optimal customer experiences and system scalability while mentoring peers and driving projects.

Build production-grade infrastructure for GTM AI agents: harden prototypes, write evals and prompts, implement observability, own deployment pipelines on GCP, manage safe database access, monitor and improve agent fleet, and partner with GTM builders to scale reliability.

Design, build, and own large-scale distributed backend systems in Go to process billions of events and petabytes of data. Lead architecture, reliability, observability, and performance efforts; improve service communication and data pipelines; debug production at scale; mentor engineers and share learnings publicly.

Lead cross-functional product work to identify and validate customer problems using research, analytics, and AI; prototype and run experiments; set product strategy, success metrics, and incremental releases; act as technical lead for initiatives; and partner with GTM to drive adoption and outcomes.

Lead GTM finance owning the end-to-end P&L for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Build first-principles financial models, drive unit economics and ARR forecasting, deliver exec/board reporting, partner on capacity/pricing, champion AI-enabled finance workflows, and hire and develop the GTM finance team as the company scales.

Partner with business leaders to drive talent management, performance cycles, organizational design, change management, employee relations, engagement, and people programs. Use people analytics to spot trends, advise managers, and support global workforce planning while contributing to the People Experience team and fostering DEIB and employee development.
