Owns preparation and review of SEC filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and proxy materials. Researches complex technical accounting matters, drafts accounting memos and policies, monitors GAAP and SEC updates, and leads implementation assessments. Supports SOX/ICFR controls, audit activities, close processes, and cross-functional disclosure efforts with FP&A, Legal, and Investor Relations. Maintains SEC reporting tools and communicates complex accounting matters clearly to executives and auditors.

Use AI and Zendesk analytics to identify support trends and root causes, coordinate with Product/Engineering, monitor reviews, manage international partner communications, and maintain troubleshooting guides and help content to improve customer experience and operational processes.
