Own the vision and roadmap for Elastic’s US public sector offering across FedRAMP and DoD IL5 environments. Translate compliance and agency requirements into product priorities, collaborate with Engineering, Security, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Marketing, support government customers, track regulatory changes, and develop market insights. The role requires deep technical product management experience, federal compliance expertise, cloud knowledge, and eligibility to work in restricted US government environments.

Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and related modules. Build workflows, business rules, user experiences, integrations, and automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and OAuth. Configure and productionize Now Assist and Moveworks capabilities, maintain code quality through reviews and testing, support platform upgrades, and document solutions.

Set technical direction for Elastic Cloud Serverless control-plane initiatives, designing distributed systems that orchestrate projects across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. Lead multi-quarter, cross-team delivery; write and review Go code; improve reliability, security, and cost efficiency; investigate incidents; participate in on-call; mentor engineers; and advise product and engineering leaders on technical trade-offs and roadmap decisions.

Leads competitive intelligence for Elastic Search by analyzing competitors, products, pricing, packaging, marketing, and market trends.
