Lead and improve pre-pipeline and top-of-funnel prospecting processes and tools. Define prospecting journeys, playbooks, governance, and success metrics. Own tool strategy and data quality for prospecting systems, drive cross-functional initiatives to simplify workflows, prioritize enhancements, manage change, and measure adoption and business impact to accelerate pipeline generation.
