Leads Elastic’s global public sector distribution strategy across the United States and Canada. Owns partner governance, reseller recruitment and enablement, channel-sourced pipeline and revenue, margin and rebate policies, deal registration, cloud marketplace transactions, and executive distributor relationships. Builds technical readiness through demos, labs, battlecards, and certifications while coordinating sales, marketing, operations, alliances, and deal desk teams. Oversees Canada-specific procurement strategy, partner attribution, channel conflict resolution, and performance against key distribution and reseller KPIs.
