Own the end-to-end demand strategy for Airbnb Experiences across guest lifecycle, CRM, email, push, editorial content, and referrals. Define roadmaps, audience segmentation, testing frameworks, automation, success metrics, and content-to-conversion measurement. Partner with Growth Marketing, Product, Engineering, Brand, Creative, and external vendors to execute strategy and influence roadmap priorities. Translate operational workflows into scalable, measurable products; design AI and human-in-the-loop processes; define requirements; write product briefs; and drive delivery, adoption, and outcomes across engineering, product marketing, operations, and senior leadership. Manage capacity planning, queue distribution, forecasting, SLAs, performance measurement, and build-versus-buy decisions.
