Own long-term product strategy and roadmap for Circle's digital assets and capital markets platform. Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage regulatory and market risks, define forecasting and liquidity models, influence executives, and mentor product managers to scale global stablecoin and capital access infrastructure.

Leads business development for USDC adoption across repo, derivatives, and dealer balance-sheet workflows. Lead Circle’s Global Risk Management AI transformation by redesigning processes around intelligent agents, building reusable AI capabilities, applying responsible AI controls, and driving initiatives from vision through delivery and adoption. Partner with risk, compliance, engineering, and enterprise AI teams; manage roadmaps, dependencies, reporting, executive updates, and measurable outcomes while ensuring AI solutions remain safe, explainable, auditable, and human-supervised.

Design, build, and own scalable microservices and secure APIs that transfer value across blockchain and banking protocols. Extend in-house blockchain infrastructure, integrate with banks and cloud services, troubleshoot production issues, document system and testing procedures, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable payment experiences.
