Lead design, development, testing, and release of software systems; provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training; drive CI/automation and best practices; collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams; represent Epicor externally.

Participate in consulting engagements performing implementation tasks and producing deliverables. Work independently on smaller projects, coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams, identify risks, meet utilization targets, and demonstrate functional knowledge of ERP/EDI modules for manufacturing and supply chain.

Implement and customize Epicor Eclipse ERP solutions for clients, mentor professional services consultants, configure software, deliver training and support, collaborate to understand business processes, ensure client satisfaction, meet project goals and timelines, and travel regularly to client sites.
