Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and client teams to integrate legacy systems, monitor pipeline reliability, conduct data quality testing, document data flows, and proactively identify compliance and delivery risks.

Own the end-to-end client success lifecycle for a SaaS platform and consulting services, including onboarding, success planning, engagement, renewals, health monitoring, risk mitigation, executive reviews, platform adoption, and expansion support. Serve as the primary client advocate and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver measurable compliance, security, and business outcomes.
