Lead learning science for student-facing assessment and AI-assisted learning experiences. Translate research into product requirements, guide intelligent practice and review systems, shape learning library strategy, design experiments and evaluations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure instructionally meaningful, standards-aligned, and student-centered learning supports.

Define global partner strategy, segment ecosystems, design partner programs and lifecycle, manage MDF/investment strategy, align cross-functionally, track KPIs, and lead a team to drive partner activation, revenue, and retention.

Lead the partner incentives, governance, compliance, and analytics function to align partner behavior with business goals.
