Lead end-to-end NetSuite and ERP project delivery, manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, and teams (analysts, developers, architects), drive consultant accountability, monitor WIP and billing, and proactively manage client relationships and delivery risks to ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget goals.

Provide post-implementation Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical services, triage and resolve client tickets, design/configure BC solutions and extensions, run onboarding assessments, document knowledgebase articles, support account management and marketing efforts, and monitor emerging Microsoft/Business Central technologies.

Lead and deliver Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for manufacturing and distribution clients. Drive configurations, integrations, functional and technical design, workshops, training, and ERP deployment using implementation standards. Gather requirements, recommend solutions (ISVs/customizations), develop functional design documents, and support client adoption and ongoing support.

Deliver and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations for manufacturing and distribution clients, including complex configurations, development, integrations, requirement gathering, functional and technical design, solution recommendations, data management, and use of ERP implementation standards. Support R&D and client-facing delivery initiatives, ensuring clear communication and project execution.

Deliver sales reporting, data preparation, dashboard updates, and analysis to support sales intelligence. Maintain data accuracy across the warehouse and CRM, build Power BI visuals, execute ETL processes, and translate insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Manage a team of insurance tax professionals, grow client relationships, perform tax research, and ensure compliance for insurance clients' tax matters.
