Lead end-to-end experience design for Lirio's Agentic platform, defining personas, workflows, developer and operator DX, and design-system architecture. Build code-based prototypes, steward design principles and tokens, collaborate with engineering to implement components, and support existing product surfaces and demos. Advocate design quality and mentor peers.

Lead commercial finance and legal operations to optimize contract lifecycle, deal structuring, revenue recognition, and vendor/counsel management. Build financial models, dashboards, playbooks, and automated workflows to improve contract turnaround, control legal spend, and enable strategic commercial decision-making across Legal, Sales, and Finance.
