Lead Ford Energy’s sales expansion into grid-scale and commercial energy storage markets. Own revenue growth, pipeline forecasting, go-to-market execution, strategic utility and IPP accounts, complex MSA and LTSA negotiations, and customer relationships through commissioning. Provide technical consultation on BESS, EMS, power conversion, thermal management, and battery degradation. Monitor energy regulations, develop domestic-content strategies, and influence product roadmaps through customer and market insights.

Leads strategy, roadmap, development, and adoption of analytics and AI products for Ford Integrated Services. Owns reporting platforms, dashboards, governance, metrics, support models, and generative AI initiatives. Partners with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and analytics to deliver actionable insights, improve subscriptions performance, and establish trusted business intelligence solutions.

Manage sales pipeline growth for Ford Energy’s grid-scale and commercial BESS business. Develop leads, manage key accounts, analyze markets, engage technical decision-makers, deliver technical pitches, coordinate proposals, support contract negotiations, and lead cross-functional bid teams. Translate customer requirements into product roadmap inputs while supporting large-scale supply agreements with utilities, IPPs, integrators, and data center customers. Requires moderate to significant domestic travel up to 50%.

Leads SRE engineering leaders and engineers while defining enterprise observability, reliability, and platform strategy across GCP, on-premise, manufacturing, distribution, and campus environments. Oversees vendor-agnostic tooling, OpenTelemetry integrations, CI/CD observability, SRE maturity models, and Agentic AI initiatives. Drives adoption of SRE practices, develops technical roadmaps, partners with senior leadership and operational teams, and maintains hands-on architectural and technical credibility.

Leads Ford Pro’s relationships with upfitters in the Upfitter Qualification Program. Evaluates facilities and operations against program and engineering quality requirements, qualifies or denies participants, ensures milestone and data compliance, and supports enrollment and certification strategy. Advises fleet customers on products, production, distribution timing, and total cost of ownership. Represents Ford Pro at industry events and travels to customer and partner locations while supporting national account coverage.
