Validate and characterize high-speed analog and mixed-signal IPs, test chips, and ASIC products. Develop automated lab scripts and 24/7 testing flows, configure devices, operate measurement equipment, analyze results, debug hardware, review PCB and package designs, document test procedures, support reliability and ATE testing, and collaborate with design and system teams.
