Senior individual contributor leading development, optimization, and transfer of InP PIC and laser fabrication processes for high-volume manufacturing. Responsibilities include epitaxial design, process flow development, process integration, SPC and statistical analysis, FMEA and root-cause work, metrology strategy, fab execution with remote partners, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring.

Drive reliability qualification and production monitoring for optical communication products. Track and analyze reliability stress tests, investigate failures with cross-functional teams, implement corrective actions, maintain dashboards and reports, support NPI, and apply statistical and AI tools to generate reliability insights and improve product quality.

Lead end-to-end electrical design of high-density analog and digital circuits for optical sub-assemblies. Convert requirements into schematics, coordinate PCB layout, integrate with mechanical/software teams, manage supply chain/prototypes, mentor junior engineers, and participate in program and release management.

Design, deploy, maintain, and secure hybrid on‑prem and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP); manage virtualization, containers, storage, backups, automation, monitoring, and NSA compliance; provide end‑user support and incident response; perform Data Center Manager duties.

Lead architecture and design of DWDM/OTN optical transport systems, translate customer requirements into system and functional specifications, guide cross-functional teams, produce detailed architectural documentation, and ensure alignment across hardware, software, verification, and documentation for carrier-grade networking products.
