Serve as a customer-facing education domain advisor supporting Salesforce sales opportunities with higher education institutions. Partner with account executives and solution engineers, lead discovery workshops and architecture presentations, design business and technical architectures, contribute to RFPs, assess risks, and deliver educational content. Responsibilities include EJBCA-based CA and RA infrastructure, certificate lifecycle automation, modern enrollment protocols, cloud and CI/CD integrations, IoT and workload identity, mTLS, PQC readiness, incident response, compliance, documentation, and technical mentorship. The role also requires building secure production-grade software and effectively incorporating AI tools and agents into engineering workflows.

Lead brand-focused art direction and design for Salesforce marketing initiatives. Develop concepts, campaigns, and creative solutions across digital, print, interactive, web, mobile, video, social, and events. The role translates technical concepts into business outcomes, coordinates cross-functional teams, identifies implementation risks, and improves customers’ technical and operational health. Occasional customer-site travel and after-hours or weekend coverage may be required.
