Lead strategy-to-execution for talent development programs and signature initiatives (PWM Women's Council, AB Mosaic). Own program roadmaps, governance, KPIs, and mentorship/cohort-based development. Partner with executives, Talent, Marketing, and business leaders to design and deliver development experiences, events, and special projects that improve retention, career pathways, and culture.
