Designs enterprise Salesforce solutions and contributes to architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, optimization, and security. Supports Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Requires extensive IT and Salesforce experience, Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications, and strong technical architecture expertise. The role is fully remote on a regular PST shift, with preferred experience in Salesforce architecture certifications, Agile methods, project management tools, GCP, and AI implementation.

Build and ship full-stack, AI-native products from prototype through production. Design agentic systems with model interactions, tools, retrieval, orchestration, evaluations, observability, and guardrails. Own architecture, reliability, security, performance, and product outcomes while partnering with product managers, designers, customers, and domain experts. Use coding agents extensively, set technical direction, review engineering work, and help establish practices for autonomous product teams.
