The Sr. Marketing Coordinator manages brand performance, retail execution, and local marketing initiatives, supporting sales with materials and budget management.

Develop and execute trade marketing programs and at-retail activations to drive brand awareness and sales. Collaborate with brand, sales, agencies, and distributors; manage promotional planning, merchandise procurement, asset management, event/activation production, and performance reporting.

Supervise day-to-day delivery and warehouse operations for 10+ frontline employees. Lead and develop staff, enforce safe practices, use ABI and Excel to track KPIs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and participate in operational meetings. Flexible scheduling and regulatory knowledge preferred.
