Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for athenaOne, athenahealth’s flagship healthcare technology offering. Create portfolio messaging, sales collateral, customer stories, and commercial programs while coordinating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Analyze customer feedback, competitive intelligence, seller insights, and commercial performance to improve positioning and market execution. Maintain cohesive messaging across athenaOne products and support recurring release updates and performance reviews.

Own athenahealth’s enterprise narrative, annual editorial agenda, strategic messaging, thought leadership, owned-channel publishing, organic social strategy, and AEO/GEO efforts. Serve as editor-in-chief of athenahealth.com, establish editorial governance, advise executives and cross-functional marketing teams, and lead a growing editorial team. Translate complex healthcare technology and business strategies into compelling narratives while using research, audience insights, performance data, and responsible AI-enabled workflows to improve impact.

Design and support ETL, data migration, transformation, import, export, and validation workflows for moving legacy EHR data into athenahealth systems. Build Python and SQL utilities, define source-to-target mappings, support HL7 and FHIR interoperability, validate EHI exports, investigate data quality issues, document processes, and collaborate with product, implementation, operations, sales, and engineering teams in a remote environment.

Own the end-to-end lead management lifecycle, including capture, enrichment, qualification, scoring, routing, sales handoff, disposition, and recycling. Establish governance, business rules, SLAs, controls, and performance metrics; optimize workflows and integrations; resolve data quality and lead-flow issues; and partner with Sales, Marketing, Data Science, IT, and Analytics. Manage and develop a small team while overseeing operational priorities, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Lead an 11-person sales organization to drive bookings, revenue, pipeline generation, and account growth for athenaFlex healthcare SaaS products. Develop sales strategy, collaborate with Product/Marketing/Customer Success, manage forecasting and performance, optimize processes, coach the team, and use AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Manage contract and proposal lifecycle, validate bookings and revenue calculations, maintain CRM data integrity, triage pricing/discount requests, support billing, offboarding, and repricing. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Billing, Deal Desk, and Sales/Customer Success, document processes, implement productivity improvements and automation, and use AI tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Provide onsite and virtual training and coaching for athenaNet during client go-live periods, deliver classroom and one-on-one sessions, execute contracted training deliverables, manage heavy travel and logistics, and support client adoption and workflow optimization.

Owner and administrator of the Agiloft CLM platform: configure workflows, permissions, templates, and integrations. Partner with Legal Operations, IT, and business teams to optimize contract processes, support end users, build reports/dashboards, and maintain data integrity. Expand platform integrations and evolve legal technology capabilities.
