Own and optimize Brex’s B2B marketing operations and go-to-market technology ecosystem. Manage Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, and related systems; design lead routing, scoring, enrichment, attribution, and cross-functional workflows; implement AI and agentic automation; improve funnel velocity and sales productivity; build reporting and dashboards; and support demand generation, account-based marketing, partner programs, and revenue alignment.

Own strategy, investment, measurement, and performance for Brex’s programmatic, video, CTV, YouTube, audio, and emerging media portfolio. Lead audience strategy, experimentation, attribution, partner and DSP management, media operating-model development, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Product Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Design to drive scalable growth.

Own and scale Brex’s paid social growth engine, primarily through Meta, while testing emerging channels. Manage budgets, CAC, conversion, pipeline, measurement, audience strategy, creative testing, and full-funnel acquisition programs. Partner with Data, Marketing Operations, Brand, Design, Sales, Analytics, and Product Marketing to improve conversion signals, attribution, and downstream revenue impact.

Partner with managers on performance management, coaching, feedback, investigations, terminations, and promotion calibrations. Build manager enablement resources, ensure consistent processes, document employee relations cases, identify risks, and support return-to-office audits. The role requires strong judgment, communication, organization, discretion, and relationship-building in a fast-growth environment, with potential growth into a broader People Business Partner or Employee Relations position.

Own end-to-end product direction for finance administration AI agents, including strategy, roadmap, agent behavior, prompting, evaluation, quality, and feedback loops. Partner with engineering, design, and research while working directly with finance administrators to build trustworthy systems for expense compliance, reporting, and financial analysis. Prototype, analyze traces and transcripts, measure performance, and determine when agents should recommend actions or act autonomously.

Lead product design strategy and execution for customer-facing financial products. Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Data, and leadership to define visions, align teams, launch features, maintain high design standards, and improve onboarding experiences. Contribute to design team growth, challenge existing approaches, influence product outcomes, and build products from 0 to 1 across complex business contexts.

Provides employment law counsel to Brex’s People team on performance management, hiring, terminations, leave, accommodations, compensation, disputes, investigations, litigation, regulatory inquiries, and workforce policies. Researches U.S. and international employment laws, manages outside counsel, identifies legal risks, supports employee and manager training, and responds to subpoenas and information requests.

Underwrite commercial credit card applicants by analyzing bank and financial statements, assessing repayment ability, and resolving moderately complex escalations. Improve underwriting processes, track metrics, communicate findings, and collaborate with Risk, Sales, Customer Experience, Engineering, and Product teams. Serve as an underwriting subject matter expert, mentor teammates, and support documentation and knowledge sharing.
