Own engagement and expansion within an assigned portfolio of existing customers. Lead strategy and execution for enterprise expense management across documentation, policy, compliance, approvals, audit, and accounting readiness. Align cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, GTM) to build AI-driven automation, data models, integrations, and configurable systems that reduce manual work, speed close, increase adoption, and produce ERP-ready records for large customers.

Own strategy for operational card spend to grow volume, recurring revenue, and share of wallet. Shape purchasing-card experiences across issuance, authorizations, controls, servicing, and economics. Use AI to monitor program health and automate servicing. Align cross-functional teams to improve authorization performance, reliability, and customer trust while driving scaled growth and portfolio metrics.

Lead a multi-team product area: set multi-quarter vision, prioritize high-leverage opportunities, incorporate AI/ML, coach and grow PMs, and drive cross-functional execution tied to company-level metrics.
