Leads Starlink’s global network interconnection strategy, including peering, transit, Internet exchange, caching, routing, redundancy, and capacity planning. Builds technical and commercial relationships with peering partners, evaluates connectivity opportunities, develops policies, and automates interconnection workflows. Collaborates with engineering and operations teams to improve routing performance, reliability, telemetry, incident response, and cost efficiency.
