The Sr. Global Supply Manager will develop and manage sourcing strategies, optimize supply chain processes, and work with suppliers to ensure production readiness while maximizing cost savings. This role involves mentoring team members, managing budgets, and collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners to meet project goals.

Source and engage passive and active technical candidates for engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles. Build talent pipelines, conduct initial outreach and phone screens, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, track sourcing metrics, and represent SpaceX externally while using AI-enabled and traditional sourcing tools to increase pipeline quality and speed.

Lead global sourcing for custom silicon and semiconductor components, managing supplier selection, qualification, performance, and contracts. Drive cost, quality, and continuity improvements, coordinate NPI and mass production readiness with engineering and quality, execute MRP-based purchasing, and support cross-functional stakeholders to align supplier roadmaps with product designs.

Lead regulatory and spectrum policy strategy for Starlink Mobile. Advocate before international regulators and industry fora, develop technical pleadings with engineering partners, advise product teams on policy impacts, and drive licensing and advocacy to enable direct-to-cell satellite service.

Manage sourcing for mechanical and optical commodities for Starlink: develop supplier base, drive negotiations and cost-reduction, ensure supply continuity and production readiness, support NPI and qualifications, partner with engineering, lead supplier escalations and risk mitigation, and present recommendations to executives.

Support Starlink Enterprise Sales by shaping pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies for high-speed connectivity. Integrate new hardware/services, enable sales with technical/commercial collateral, engage customers, train team, partner with cross-functional teams, and represent Starlink at events. Travel and onsite presence required.

Drive product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for Starlink Maritime; support enterprise sales engagements; integrate new hardware/services; create technical and commercial sales enablement; train and support sales teams; collaborate cross-functionally (Licensing, Government Affairs, Ops, Finance, Legal, Engineering); represent Starlink at events. Requires customer engagement and ~50% travel.

Drive process improvements across customer experience, logistics, accounting, and supply chain. Identify root causes, build scalable solutions, create tracking tools, coordinate cross-functional partners, manage projects to tight timelines, and codify best practices for product and process rollouts.
