Provides HR support and counseling for a 150–200 employee client group. Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, internal transfers, promotions, exit interviews, retention analysis, policy implementation, employee inquiries, HR projects, change initiatives, and training new HR team members. Responsibilities include electromechanical, attitude, propulsion, fluid, and power controls; state estimation; hardware sizing and validation; high-fidelity simulation; production C++ software; firmware bring-up; and spacecraft performance monitoring. The role supports hardware development and ultimately operates deployed features in space.

Develop and maintain data infrastructure, metrics, software tools, and processes for evaluating Starlink’s network growth and performance. Lead investigations into network issues, automate metric aggregation and application issue detection, build data ingestion and ETL systems, apply analytics and machine learning, and fuse multiple data sources. The role collaborates closely with engineering teams and external partners in a dynamic environment.

Develop highly reliable, mission-critical software applications supporting SpaceX launch vehicle production, flight operations, and Starlink services. Responsibilities include designing and building applications, prototyping solutions, owning software product development, understanding user needs, and contributing to architecture, design, and code reviews. The role requires onsite work and may involve extended hours or weekends based on launch schedules.

Manages international suppliers and delivery of Starlink ground infrastructure, including datacenters, fiber providers, ISPs, and internet exchanges. Responsibilities include negotiating agreements, overseeing procurement and project delivery, optimizing costs, ensuring reliability, and improving scalable planning processes. The role requires international collaboration, technical or construction project management, problem-solving, data analysis interest, and travel to infrastructure locations.

Owns enterprise Starlink backhaul accounts across Latin America from contract signature through onboarding, activation, payment, retention, and expansion. Responsibilities include monitoring account health, revenue, logistics, billing, tax, compliance, forecasting, customer reviews, and expansion opportunities. The role coordinates with engineering, support, finance, and operations, communicates with customers and partners, documents scalable processes, and helps shape regional backhaul operations. Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency and travel across Latin America are required.

Negotiate and manage global contracts for Starlink ground infrastructure (colocation, land leases, construction, maintenance, connectivity). Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and operations to ensure regulatory and policy compliance, conduct vendor due diligence, monitor performance, mitigate risk (ITAR, export control, FAR), and develop contracting vehicles to scale network deployment.

Manage suppliers and sourcing for human-generated AI training datasets. Responsibilities include negotiating supplier deals, aligning sourcing with technical requirements, tracking execution risks, improving sourcing processes, building proprietary dataset pipelines, analyzing pricing and spend, managing budgets, developing supplier performance metrics, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
