Design and build a reliable, scalable enterprise data platform and end-to-end data pipelines at petabyte scale. Collaborate on architecture and code, prototype solutions, and own software engineering and product development to improve Starlink operations and analytics.

Act as a technical partner to internal teams to design and implement LLM-powered applications. This role integrates Starlink service with networking vendors worldwide, supporting technical sales and driving engagement and solutions development.

Design, deploy, and scale on-prem Kubernetes clusters and core infrastructure for Starlink. Build automation, manage databases, monitoring, and distributed storage. Collaborate with engineers to improve service lifecycle, availability, and performance; troubleshoot across the Starlink stack and drive reliability improvements.

Design, deploy, and scale on‑premise compute and core infrastructure for Starlink. Develop automation, manage databases/monitoring/distributed storage, collaborate with software teams, troubleshoot end-to-end, and improve deployment and developer velocity.

Manage global sourcing for custom silicon and semiconductor components (OSAT/foundry). Develop strategic sourcing plans, supplier stratification, qualification, scorecards, contract negotiations, MRP purchasing, and cross-functional NPI/production readiness with engineering and quality to ensure cost, capacity, and supply continuity.

Negotiate and manage global contracts for Starlink ground infrastructure (colocation, land leases, construction, maintenance, connectivity). Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and operations to ensure regulatory and policy compliance, conduct vendor due diligence, monitor performance, mitigate risk (ITAR, export control, FAR), and develop contracting vehicles to scale network deployment.

Source, negotiate, and manage global suppliers (datacenters, ISPs, IXs) to acquire, deploy, and operate Starlink ground infrastructure. Ensure procurement, delivery, and operations meet timelines, budgets, and quality targets. Build regional technical, cultural, and regulatory expertise, drive standardization and scalability, and support project activation and supplier performance.
