Develop and improve Starlink suppliers for photonic and PCBA components, ensuring continuity of supply, quality, cost, delivery, and capacity. Responsibilities include supplier sourcing, audits, onboarding, technical requirements, PPAP, qualification, reliability, SPC, root-cause analysis, yield improvement, and corrective action. The role partners with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers to resolve quality issues, reduce costs, improve processes, and manage mission-critical supply performance. Up to 60% travel and extended hours may be required.

Develop high-performance, safety-critical software and optimization algorithms for Starlink satellites. Build physics-based power and thermal models, optimize payload utilization, design constellation simulations, and manage software through development, testing, verification, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate across engineering disciplines, conduct code reviews, and maintain reliable systems controlling thousands of satellites.

Drive Starlink Enterprise adoption across North America by generating demand, prospecting mid-market accounts, qualifying opportunities, presenting proposals, leading sales campaigns, and exceeding revenue targets. The role develops territory strategy, manages CRM activity and reporting, conducts customer meetings, and collaborates with resellers and internal teams. Travel of approximately 25% to 50% is required, along with occasional extended hours and weekends.

Manages Starlink country launches by developing market-access execution plans, tracking operational KPIs, guiding resource planning and business models, leading strategic initiatives, improving processes and systems, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet compliance and growth objectives.

The role requires contract interpretation, technical understanding of satellite communications, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to support extended hours, weekends, and customer travel.

Set up and activate Starlink customer accounts after contract signing, ensuring accurate products, pricing, billing, shipments, and service activation. Track orders, shipments, payments, risks, and pending items; reconcile past-due balances and unapplied cash; escalate issues clearly; flag stalled customers or unused inventory; and improve operational processes using spreadsheets, CRM tools, trackers, reporting, and lightweight automations.

Design, deploy, operate, and optimize secure, high-speed data center networks supporting Top Secret AI infrastructure and national security missions. Responsibilities include optical and copper connectivity for large GPU clusters, network automation, capacity planning, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, security improvements, configuration and firmware updates, and cross-functional network integration.
