Lead Starlink’s enterprise account management function for state and local government customers. The role supports hardware development and ultimately operates deployed features in space.

Develop highly reliable, mission-critical software applications supporting SpaceX launch vehicle production, flight operations, and Starlink services. Responsibilities include designing and building applications, prototyping solutions, owning software product development, understanding user needs, and contributing to architecture, design, and code reviews. Negotiate and manage global contracts for Starlink ground infrastructure (colocation, land leases, construction, maintenance, connectivity). Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and operations to ensure regulatory and policy compliance, conduct vendor due diligence, monitor performance, mitigate risk (ITAR, export control, FAR), and develop contracting vehicles to scale network deployment.

Manage suppliers and sourcing for human-generated AI training datasets. Responsibilities include negotiating supplier deals, aligning sourcing with technical requirements, tracking execution risks, improving sourcing processes, building proprietary dataset pipelines, analyzing pricing and spend, managing budgets, developing supplier performance metrics, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Owns enterprise Starlink Transit accounts from contract signature through onboarding, site activation, billing, retention, and expansion. Responsibilities include tracking revenue, shipments, licensing, installation, payments, account health, and customer risks; coordinating internal teams and installation partners; forecasting revenue and retention; leading business reviews; identifying expansion opportunities; and documenting scalable operating processes. The role requires managing complex, technical, multi-site customer deployments and maintaining strong communication with customers, executives, and internal stakeholders.

Develop production-grade guidance, navigation, and control software for Starlink satellites and payloads. Responsibilities include ADCS algorithm design, spacecraft modeling, state estimation, simulation, Monte Carlo analysis, hardware-in-the-loop testing, flight software implementation, system-level design, technical documentation, and on-call satellite operations.
