Designs and scales cloud-native data platforms and ingestion pipelines using AWS, Databricks, and Spark. Builds APIs, file-upload mechanisms, ETL/ELT workflows, data transformations, and Lakehouse architecture supporting analytics, machine learning, and operational use cases. Provides operational support for legacy C# .NET ingestion processes, troubleshoots pipelines, and promotes data governance, security, reliability, and documentation in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

Leads cloud infrastructure, platform operations, and security operations for a SaaS environment. Oversees reliability, scalability, incident response, compliance, disaster recovery, IAM, observability, automation, and secure cloud architecture. Uses data, analytics, experimentation, and AI-assisted techniques to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, guide decisions, and develop responsible AI-enabled features. Acts as the product subject matter expert and supports strategic planning, client responses, and product lifecycle activities.

Leads and mentors Product Managers and Product Analysts responsible for RMIS products. Defines product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; uses customer research, competitive analysis, KPIs, experimentation, data, and AI-assisted tools to guide prioritization and delivery. Partners with design, architecture, marketing, and business stakeholders to launch solutions, ensure SDLC alignment, and deliver customer and commercial outcomes. Oversees team development, performance evaluations, and responsible AI adoption across the product lifecycle.
