Leads sales strategy and execution for the western region’s water solutions and dewatering-rental business. Manages sales professionals, sets targets and KPIs, develops forecasts and budgets, analyzes performance and market trends, builds customer relationships, and identifies growth opportunities. Oversees CRM usage, reporting, product training, process improvements, and collaboration with marketing and customer service. Provides coaching, resource allocation, strategic decision-making, and performance guidance to the sales team.

Drives equipment rental revenue through inbound and outbound sales, quoting, contract creation, upselling, and account development. Builds customer relationships, maintains Salesforce records, supports outside sales representatives, and coordinates with branch operations, logistics, and field teams for equipment delivery and pickup. Resolves order and billing issues, manages opportunities and reservations, and contributes to customer retention, fleet utilization, and profitability goals.

Leads the sales management function by developing strategy, setting targets, managing forecasts and budgets, analyzing performance, and building customer relationships.
