The Key Account Manager will lead sales functions for key accounts, manage data analysis, execute marketing plans, and ensure operational excellence in showroom management.

Lead design and solution architecture for SAP S/4 Fashion OTC processes. Configure Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Returns, and integrations (POS, CAR, EDI). Drive fit-to-standard workshops, prepare WRICEF and test plans, support data migration (Syniti), integration testing (CPI), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with vendors and integration/data teams to enable omnichannel and real-time inventory capabilities.

Conceptualize, design, and produce brand-aligned marketing materials across print and digital (ads, POS/POP, catalogs, selling materials, internal collateral). Collaborate with creative leads and marketing teams, interpret briefs, manage multiple projects to deadlines, and ensure consistency across brands.
