Build and scale compliance processes for Lemonade’s P&C insurance products across Car, Home, Renters, and Pet lines. Develop policies, provide regulatory guidance to leadership, partner with Insurance Operations and Product, manage compliance projects, and improve processes through AI and automation while handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

Design and lead leadership development for managers in an AI-first, high-growth company. Own Manager Seminars, create practical learning assets across formats, use data and People Insights to identify gaps, measure impact, and iterate quickly. Own end-to-end compliance issue management for Lemonade's personal lines insurance products: identify, track, prioritize, remediate, and report issues; analyze data for root causes and trends; build remediation plans; recommend risk-based priorities to leadership; engage regulators; and develop AI/automation tools and cross-functional reporting to improve compliance processes.

Develop and own car rating plans and rate indications; collaborate with Data Science on predictive models; prepare rate filing support for ML models; monitor pricing and underwriting performance; analyze competitor rating strategies; partner with Underwriting, Product, Claims, and BI; and advance actuarial credentials while applying AI-driven insights.

Design and own capital and catastrophe modeling frameworks to evaluate policy- and portfolio-level risk and capital. Run and integrate catastrophe model outputs, build analytical tools and data structures, assess reinsurance impacts, and translate results into actionable recommendations for underwriting, finance, and portfolio strategy.
