Provide escalated technical support for Ping Identity products on a shifted follow-the-sun schedule. Troubleshoot customer issues, manage case escalations and queue during weekend shifts, reproduce problems, collaborate with Engineering/SRE/Product teams, handle phone/alert responses, and document bugs and remediation while following ISO27001/9001 and security incident processes.

Serve as primary technical liaison for enterprise customers, delivering best-practice recommendations, onboarding, upgrades, training, escalations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful adoption and retention of Ping Identity solutions.

Serve as a senior technical customer advocate owning onboarding, adoption, and advocacy for enterprise customers. Lead complex technical issues, analyze usage and risk, develop success plans, advise on IAM and cloud architectures, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and drive value realization across the Ping platform.
