Design and develop scalable React front-end applications, reusable UI components, and accessible design-system foundations. Define front-end architecture standards, optimize performance, maintain build and CI/CD pipelines, ensure code quality through testing and reviews, and mentor engineers. The role also supports responsive design, documentation, troubleshooting, and scalable state management and data-fetching practices.

Lead North America execution of AI-first SDLC transformation and quality platforms for a multi-tenant SaaS identity product. Define system validation and quality platform strategy, enable agentic quality workflows, drive shift-left developer-owned testing, own CI/CD quality gates and telemetry, improve production readiness and release confidence, and hire and coach senior technical contributors while partnering across Dev, SRE, DevTools, Product, and AI teams.
