The role manages consulting teams, collaborates cross-functionally, streamlines client processes, and delivers Workday solutions. Requires substantial Workday experience, HCM Core certification, strong Microsoft Office skills, communication abilities, and up to 25% travel.

Lead Workday integration consultants and delivery workstreams, designing, developing, testing, and supporting complex integrations using Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and core connectors. Partner with clients and third-party vendors on requirements, design documents, technical solutions, and deployment. Provide consulting leadership, communicate challenges, improve delivery processes, and support Workday HCM and Financials transformations. The role requires Workday implementation experience, current Workday certification, integration development expertise, and up to 25% travel.

Develops and implements Microsoft Power Platform solutions across discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, training, and support. Builds Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, automates processes with Power Automate and UiPath, integrates data, designs Dataverse models, and supports SharePoint and Dynamics solutions. Serves as a Power Platform subject matter expert, collaborates with clients and project teams, creates technical documentation, manages governance standards, and resolves production issues.

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform implementations including discovery, design, build, test, and deployment. Develop low-code solutions (Model-driven and Canvas apps), automate processes with Power Automate, create data visualizations, integrate data, maintain coding standards, produce design documentation, support production issues, and act as a Power Platform SME advising on architecture, security, and CoE governance while participating in Agile ceremonies.
