Leads cross-functional technical programs across IonQ’s application platform, developer tools, and compiler roadmap. Translates technical vision into milestones, manages dependencies and risks, maintains planning and tracking systems, exposes technical debt and operational work, and reports data-driven status to senior leadership. The role supports approximately 40 engineers across four teams and requires navigating ambiguity, technical tradeoffs, staffing, customer-facing work, and AI-driven program-management workflows.

Owns enterprise endpoint architecture, operating system images, zero-touch provisioning, UEM/MDM platforms, and multi-OS deployment across macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu Linux. Designs and manages Workday-to-Okta identity lifecycle automation for onboarding, transfers, and terminations. Serves as the Tier-3 escalation point for IAM and provisioning issues, develops technical documentation and runbooks, mentors administrators and support teams, and coordinates with hardware vendors and provisioning teams.

Design, deploy, and operate on-premises and cloud HPC clusters; develop automation and tooling for Linux systems; support researchers running simulations; integrate HPC with infrastructure; manage projects, priorities, and technical risks; become the internal resource for configuring, automating, and running HPC workloads.

Lead global corporate network operations, ensuring availability, security, and performance across LAN/WAN/Wireless/VPN. Manage hardware vendors, on-call escalations, documentation, M&A network integrations, Zero Trust and IAM alignment, and compliance with SOC2/CMMC/NIST and federal export controls while mentoring junior staff.
