Provide legal support for product development, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Provide commercial legal support for Nielsen’s Audience Measurement business by drafting, negotiating, and managing licenses, MSAs, SOWs, supplier and data agreements; advise product, data, technology and commercial teams on contractual, compliance and basic data privacy matters; develop templates/playbooks; manage contract disputes and support litigation; and deliver legal training to stakeholders.

Provide legal support for product development and distribution, advising product, engineering, and data teams on contractual, regulatory, privacy, and AI risks. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, data, licensing, technology, alliance, and supplier agreements. Assess product features, data processing, and designs for legal and IP issues; ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and applicable law.
