Own fleet-wide reliability and operations programs for a rapidly scaling AI cloud infrastructure platform. Establish reliability metrics, dashboards, OKRs, and success criteria; identify systemic gaps across compute, storage, networking, hardware, firmware, software, and operations; and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve fleet readiness, availability, utilization, and stability. Manage dependencies, risks, incident follow-ups, root cause actions, and executive communications while ensuring improvements scale with fleet growth.

Build and operate internal support tooling for case triage, intelligent routing, diagnostics, incident workflows, and expert engagement. Develop AI-assisted automation, self-service diagnostics, observability dashboards, alerts, APIs, and Kubernetes-native controllers to improve reliability and reduce resolution time. Partner with Support/CX, Product, SRE, and engineering teams to prioritize initiatives, drive adoption, measure impact, and participate in on-call support.

Manage cloud foundations, IAM, networking, Terraform infrastructure as code, monitoring, logging, CI/CD, backups, disaster recovery, and production reliability. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues, support cloud migrations and acquisitions, implement secure architecture patterns, and contribute to incident response and root-cause analysis. Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal developer experience platforms, including CI/CD, developer portals, delivery tooling, and golden paths. Conduct discovery with engineering teams, define requirements and success metrics, prioritize backlogs, and coordinate cross-functional delivery. Drive adoption through documentation and enablement, measure productivity outcomes, and champion a platform-as-a-product approach using self-service, opinionated defaults, and strong API and UX contracts.

Design, build, and operate secure sandboxed runtime environments for Kubernetes and GPU-accelerated workloads. Develop GPU-aware scheduling, isolation, and resource management strategies; optimize container, VM, I/O, and GPU performance; conduct profiling and benchmarking; and contribute to Linux, container runtime, virtualization, and GPU driver architecture. Collaborate with security, platform, and infrastructure teams to establish runtime isolation and performance standards for multi-tenant systems.

Own the W&B Models product roadmap for ML experiment tracking, training visualization, monitoring, evaluations, and large-scale analysis. Partner with researchers, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to understand workflows, define product strategy, ship polished experiences, and improve performance using customer feedback and usage data. The role requires strong ML research fluency, technical product management experience, data visualization instincts, AI tool proficiency, and clear stakeholder communication.

Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to make data-driven people decisions that support growth and execution. Own workforce planning, talent calibration, performance management, job architecture, organizational change, and complex people matters. Identify workforce patterns and risks, provide actionable insights, coach leaders, and collaborate with People Team centers of excellence to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-growing environment.

Lead executive and internal communications for the COO, serving as a strategic advisor and shaping leadership narratives, messaging, and organizational alignment. Draft executive remarks, business updates, Q&As, video scripts, and employee communications; support speaking engagements and change communications; partner with Marketing and External Communications; establish communication planning processes; and measure employee engagement effectiveness across a distributed operations workforce.

Provide legal counsel to CoreWeave’s U.S. West sales organization on complex cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, software licensing, partnership, and data processing transactions. Draft and negotiate commercial technology agreements, advise stakeholders on legal and commercial risks, support enterprise sales cycles, manage concurrent transactions, and improve contract templates, playbooks, policies, and processes. Coordinate with outside counsel and counsel senior business leaders on high-value and cross-border deals.

Lead CoreWeave’s product regulatory governance program and advise Product, Engineering, AI, Security, Supply Chain, and Operations teams. Responsibilities include reviewing products and AI capabilities, assessing international regulatory risks, embedding privacy, responsible AI, security, and data-governance requirements, advising on market entry and launches, monitoring global laws, and leading regulatory inquiries, audits, investigations, and remediation.
