Lead cross-functional programs for inference platform delivery, customer onboarding, launch readiness, and runtime optimization. Drive roadmap outcomes for latency, throughput, uptime, and price-performance. Build metrics, dashboards, launch gates, and repeatable processes for release validation, performance regression tracking, and postmortems. Align Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and GTM teams to deliver reliable, scalable inference services and operational excellence.

Lead and grow a regional Solutions Architecture team responsible for complex customer deployments across cloud and on-premises environments. Oversee hiring, coverage, escalations, architecture reviews, infrastructure troubleshooting, workshops, and customer enablement. Partner with Sales, Field Engineering, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to validate solutions, improve adoption, and influence roadmaps. Create reusable Terraform and Helm assets, reference architectures, runbooks, and operational processes while remaining hands-on with Kubernetes, networking, storage, cloud infrastructure, and production incident resolution.
