Lead filings (PBT, SBC), optimize processes for scale, drive post-launch performance, partner cross-functionally with actuarial, regulatory, network and operations teams, mentor junior staff, and manage risk and QA to ensure timely, high-quality product launches.

Translate enterprise priorities into scalable offerings, manage product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization, partner cross-functionally with actuarial, finance, compliance, and vendors, and oversee direct reports while ensuring regulatory compliance and member engagement.
