Administers Linear and DevRev, builds AI-powered workflows and integrations, improves data quality, and automates manual processes across product, R&D, and go-to-market teams.

Support enterprise sales opportunities across LATAM and the Eastern US by delivering multilingual product demonstrations, managing proof-of-value projects, explaining technical and business value, and collaborating with sales, product, engineering, customer success, and marketing teams. The role requires expertise in enterprise monitoring, event management, cloud platforms, ITSM integrations, scripting, infrastructure troubleshooting, AI tools, and customer-facing technical presentations. Lead multiple enterprise customer implementations of BigPanda’s AI-driven IT operations solutions from kickoff through go-live. Assess IT operating models, guide cross-functional collaboration, translate customer challenges into requirements and best-practice designs, manage roadmaps, risks, timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicate outcomes to technical stakeholders and executives. Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Engineers to drive adoption, value realization, delivery improvements, and customer success.

Own BigPanda’s B2B SaaS digital marketing strategy, including SEO, AEO, GEO, website redesign and optimization, paid media, conversion, security, GDPR compliance, MarTech integration, analytics, and pipeline reporting. Lead agencies, contractors, developers, SEO partners, and vendors while advising senior leadership and driving digital growth through AI-informed search and high-performing web experiences.

Own enterprise customer engagements from discovery through implementation, adoption, and go-live. Design BigPanda solutions, integrations, workflows, data models, and automations; write scripts and tooling; troubleshoot complex implementation challenges; advise technical stakeholders; create reusable architecture patterns; and mentor Solutions Architects. The role requires strong experience with observability, ITSM, incident response, enterprise implementations, coding, architecture, documentation, and consultative communication.
